Elbow Pain

For many years I (probably monthly)would experience a stiff neck with no ability to ease the pain. I would just wait it out and it would resolve within 3-4 days. Several years later now I experience pain in both elbows and in my thumbs. Is this caused from a pinched nerve in my neck?

frstly there needs to b done a proper asessment..perform few tests and advisable to go for an xray or mri..high chances of CERVICAL IMPINGEMENT and pain radiating downwards..also observe for postural changes too..it can b nerve root pain also..
